- Each Author Registration is valid for THREE paper submissions by the same author(s).
- The registered author is the presenting author. A registration transfer will be approved by the TPC Chairs if the registered author is unable to present and another qualified author will be approved.
- $50 (INR 4,086) cancellation fee will be applied if not requested in writing to s.cisneros@comsoc.org by 14 December.
- A $20 (INR 1,635) wire transfer fee will apply if selected as the form of payment.
